Is the site open all year round ?

Yes, the natural site of the Viaduct is open free of charge 24/7, all year round, even outside of the activities offered by Skypark or Normandie Luge.

How to access the Viaduct ?

Two free parking are available:

  • Parking 1 (P1): at the top of the viaduct on the La Ferrière-Harang side, near the Skypark activities.
  • Parking 2(P2): at the top of the viaduct on the Carville side, near the Normandie Luge activities.

Is the site accessible to people with reduced mobility ?

Access to the reception areas is accessible to all (parking lots, observation points), some paths are steep, there is a gentle slope path from P1.

There is also a shuttle (1€) which connects P2 to the bottom of the viaduct valley during high season or busy days. Shuttle information: https://normandie-luge.com/

Can we park a camper van ?

Yes, overnight parking is permitted on P1, respecting the site. No waste disposal area is available on site.

Is there a time limit for parking ?

No, but long periods of parking must respect the tranquility of the area. Large gatherings or bivouacs are therefore not permitted.

Are dogs allowed ?

Yes, dogs are allowed on the site, but must be kept on a leash. For safety reasons, they are not allowed on the suspended walkway.

Can we have a picnic ?

Yes, several picnic areas with tables are set up across the valley, from P1 to the bottom of the valley. Selective waste sorting bins are also present throughout the site.

Yes, some public toilets are available at P1 and at the bottom of the Valley.

Yes, several water points are available, via the toilets on site but also via the restaurant at the bottom of the Valley and at the Skypark Snack Bar on P1.

There are two companies on the Souleuvre Viaduct site: Skypark and Normandie Luge.

Skypark Activities Information: Skypark website

Normandy Luge Activities Information: Normandy Luge website

Skypark activities: Bungee jumping, Giant zip line, Giant swing, Skyrope,The Suspended Walkway and Skycube (Free).

Normandy Luge activities: Rail Luge, Treetop Adventure Course, Zip Line Course, Barefoot Course, Mini-Golf.

Do I need to book my visit on the site ?

The entire site is accessible free of charge all year round. Regarding the activities on site, it is recommended to book in advance for: Bungee Jumping, Giant Zip Line, Giant Swing, Skyrope.

No. They are seasonal (generally from April to November). Check the Skypark and Normandie Luge sites for specific opening hours. The site remains accessible free of charge all year round.

Is swimming allowed in the Souleuvre ?

No, swimming is prohibited. The watercourse is fragile and protected by Natura 2000.
